18+ Twilight-themed rave night with DJs spinning soundtrack anthems, dark pop and 2000s bangers, with film-inspired edits and fancy dress.
Hoa Hoa Hoa Rave takes over XOYO Birmingham on Friday 23 October, from 11 pm to 3 am. It's a fan-made celebration of the Twilight saga, billed as 'Hoa Hoa Hoa season', and the whole night is built around it. The idea is to turn the dancefloor into Forks' most iconic vampire coven, so you'll be dancing with people who know exactly what that means.
On the music side, the DJs spin soundtrack anthems alongside dark pop, emo, indie and 2000s bangers, and film-inspired edits run across the big screens throughout the night. Fancy dress is highly encouraged, and there's a bit of a prompt to go with it: you're asked to pick your side, Team Edward or Team Jacob. It's run by Throwback Events, and they've made it clear that it's not officially affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the creators, producers or rights holders of the original show, book or soundtrack.
