Disney On Ice presents Discover the Magic

Disney On Ice presents Discover the Magic comes to bp pulse LIVE from Wednesday 28 October to Sunday 8 November, a run of nearly two weeks that puts the Mouse House characters on ice right here in Birmingham. It's produced by Feld Entertainment, and the show follows a search for Tinker Bell that takes you through a handful of different worlds.

There's a fair bit to see in one go. You'll find Miguel in the spirit realm of Coco, Moana crossing the ocean, and Belle up by her enchanted chandelier. Elsa, Stitch, and characters from Aladdin, Toy Story and The Little Mermaid all make an appearance too, with figure skating and aerial stunts running through it. It's a family-friendly production, so it works as a half-term outing with younger ones.

One thing to keep in mind is the costume policy: full costumes and costume masks aren't allowed for guests aged 14 and over, though standard themed clothing is fine. If you're taking kids, there's a Premium Family Pizza Party pre-show experience on Saturday 31 October at 2:30 PM, which includes pizza, face painting and a drink per person, and needs at least one adult and one child per booking.

There are plenty of sessions to choose from across the run. Wednesday 28 October has shows at 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM; Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October both run 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM; Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November both have 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM slots. After a short break, it returns on Friday 6 November at 6:30 PM, Saturday 7 November with three sessions at 10:30 AM, 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Sunday 8 November at 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Doors open at 1:30 PM on the opening day, and tickets start from £18 plus fees.
