Stand-up comedy show by Chris Ramsey, presenting his 'Here Man' material, at The Alexandra.
Chris Ramsey brings his Here Man tour to The Alexandra on Friday 27 November, with the show starting at 19:30. It's a full evening of stand-up, running for two hours including an interval, so you'll have plenty of time to stretch your legs and grab a drink halfway through.
Ramsey is a stand-up comic and podcast host from South Shields in Tyne and Wear. He got his start hosting an open-mic night in Newcastle upon Tyne back in 2007, and took his first solo show to the Edinburgh Fringe in 2010. From there, he spent more than a decade building a reputation on stage before moving into TV. He's a loud, physical performer who draws on his married life, amusing memories and working-class experiences, all held together by storytelling and punchlines. Here Man is the latest tour to come out of that.
