Stand-up show 'Borrowing Trouble' by comedian Catherine Bohart at The Glee Club.
Catherine Bohart is playing The Glee Club in Birmingham on Thursday 29 October, with her new show Borrowing Trouble.
If you've come across her name but aren't sure where to place her, Bohart is a comedian, writer and actor who started stand-up in 2015 and has climbed through the UK and Irish comedy scenes since. She first made a mark in 2016, when she was a finalist in both the BBC New Comedy Awards and Funny Women, and later became an Edinburgh Comedy Award nominee. Since then, she's become a regular face on Live at the Apollo, QI and The Last Leg, as well as A League of Their Own, Mock the Week, The Mash Report, The News Quiz and Last One Laughing Ireland. She's also hosted the Amazon Prime special Immaculate and the podcast Trusty Hogs.
Critics have described her as "captivatingly funny" and "an incredibly assured comic force", and this new hour is billed as her being "funnier than ever" and "at the top of her game". It's a full hour of new material, so you'll be hearing Borrowing Trouble as it's being worked through.
