The second phase of the Waterloo Greenway, The Confluence includes the restoration of habitat and new community gathering places, with access to Austin's history and culture and connections to popular destinations and amenities downtown. It forms one end of a system of public spaces, continuous trails, and restored habitat that reaches 1.5 miles from Lady Bird Lake.
