Y'all Out Boy

Y'all Out Boy are playing ACL Live at The Moody Theater on Saturday, July 25, starting at 8 PM. They're Austin's pop-punk and emo cover band, and this show marks their 8th anniversary. To celebrate, they're bringing their annual beach party to the Moody.

If you're not familiar with the name, the set draws on the bands that built the scene: Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, All Time Low, Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, Panic! at the Disco, Bowling for Soup, Sum 41 and blink-182. It's a wide sweep of the pop-punk and emo era, so you'll hear a good mix of the different sounds that defined that whole run of bands. Elijah Delgado is also on the bill.

Since it's a beach party, the dress code is part of the night—beach attire is encouraged. It's billed as all ages, so it's as much for the crowd that grew up on these records as it is for anyone newer to the sound.
