Tuskola (Residency)

Tuskola is holding down a residency at Hole in the Wall this August, with a session on Wednesday, August 19. It's part of a run of Wednesday nights throughout the month, so if you miss this one, there are others to catch. The show is for ages 21 and up.

Hole in the Wall is one of Austin's oldest live music spots, around since 1974. It's a proper dive with live music every night from 7 PM until close, two stages, a beer garden, and a pinball arcade. It's the kind of place that's as much about the room as the stage, and having a residency there means you can drop in on a Wednesday without much planning.

Doors open at 8 PM and the music starts at 9 PM. Admission is free, so you can just show up and listen. If you're heading that way, the venue is at 2538 Guadalupe St, right in the heart of the city. It's a mid-week night, so it's a low-stakes way to get your live music fix without waiting for the weekend.
