Grady Ray takes the stage at The Saxon Pub on Tuesday, July 21, as part of the Tunesmith Tuesdays series. He'll be backed by the Tunesmiths ATX house band, with support from The Texas Gators. The show runs from 10 PM to 11:30 PM.
Tunesmith Tuesdays is a weekly original music series built around the Tunesmiths ATX house band, who share the stage with a different featured artist every week. The house band stays the same, but the front changes, so each Tuesday brings a new set of songs and a different voice. This week, that voice is Grady Ray.
The night is hosted at The Saxon Pub, which opened in 1990 and has since staged well over 22,000 musical performances. The room has also served as a location for films, videos, and countless live recordings, and it's credited with helping launch the careers of several prominent entertainers. It's known for booking some of the greatest music legends in an intimate atmosphere that Kris Kristofferson likened to "playing in his own living room."
