Ideal Collective presents the Lonestar Collective Tour with Fist of the Lone Star, Coota Brown and more, with food by Bars, Beats, & Eats and GSharp.
The Lone Star Collective Tour lands at Flamingo Cantina on Friday, July 31, with Houston supergroup Fist of the Lone Star taking the main slot. The night is presented by Ideal Collective, and they're bringing along ATX legend Coota Brown to share the bill. It's the halfway point of the tour's run, which got its start with a SXSW debut and a supporting tour that led up to this.
Fist of the Lone Star is a Houston supergroup, and for this date they're teaming up with Ideal Collective and Coota Brown. The rest of the bill is built from local names: The Architect, Ben Buck, Nate the Great, Borne, GSmith, and Big Nothing. It's a deep lineup, so you'll be hearing from a good number of acts throughout the night rather than just one or two.

Bars, Beats, & Eats and GSharp are handling the food, so you can eat while the music goes. Doors open at 9 PM, and the night runs late—it's scheduled to go through to 2 AM on Saturday morning, so there's plenty of room for the full bill to play without rushing. Entry is $5, and the whole night is for ages 21 and over.
