Soulfiya & Kroywen with Geo from Tarrasca Tropical + The Philosopher - Reggae

Soulfiya and Kroywen are bringing live reggae to Flamingo Cantina on Friday, October 2, with Geo from Tarrasca Tropical and The Philosopher joining the bill. It's a full night of reggae on East 6th, and Flamingo Cantina is presenting it as a 21+ event.

Soulfiya comes from Galveston, Texas, and Kroywen is the other half of the headlining pair. They're the main draw here, and they'll be sharing the stage with Geo from Tarrasca Tropical and The Philosopher, so you've got a few different names on the bill rather than just one act. The whole thing is built around reggae, and that's what you'll hear throughout the night.

Flamingo Cantina is at 515 East 6th Street, right in the middle of the East 6th stretch, so it's easy to get to if you're already downtown. Doors open at 8:30 PM, and the music runs from 8:30 PM through to 2 AM, which gives the night plenty of room to stretch out. Since it's a 21+ show, make sure you've got your ID on you before you head over.

Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door, so if you're planning on going, grabbing them early saves you a few bucks. Between the early start and the 2 AM finish, there's a long window of music to work through.
