Patrice Pike plays The Saxon Pub on Thursday, March 12, from 8 PM to 8:40 PM. It's a short set, but there's a lot of Austin history behind it.
Pike is the frontwoman of the jam band Little Sister, also known as Sister Seven, which put out several studio albums over the years. One of them, This the Trip, gave her a Billboard chart spot with the track "Know What You Mean." In 2020, she teamed up with long-time collaborator Wayne Sutton for Heart Is A Compass, released as Pike and Sutton, though the pandemic ended the tour meant to support it. She's toured with Blues Traveler, Sarah McLachlan, Allman Brothers, Dave Matthews, John Fogerty, and Sinead O'Connor.
