Grammy-winning bluegrass artist Molly Tuttle performs with Country Music Hall of Famer Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives at The Moody Theater.
Molly Tuttle plays ACL Live at The Moody Theater on Sunday, December 13, with Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives sharing the bill. It's a double bill of two guitarists from different generations of roots music on the same stage.
Tuttle is a Grammy-winning singer, songwriter, and guitarist who blends bluegrass, Americana, pop, and rock. She was the first woman to receive the IBMA Guitar Player of the Year award, and she's won back-to-back GRAMMYs for Best Bluegrass Album with Golden Highway — Crooked Tree in 2022 and City of Gold in 2023. Her 2025 album, So Long Little Miss Sunshine, earned two more GRAMMY nominations: Best Americana Album and Best Americana Performance for "That's Gonna Leave A Mark."
Marty Stuart brings a different kind of history to the night. He's a five-time GRAMMY winner, a Country Music Hall of Famer, and the founder of the Congress of Country Music, with a career that spans more than 50 years. He played alongside Lester Flatt and Johnny Cash, wrote the Golden Globe-nominated score for All The Pretty Horses, and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2020. He recently released his first full-length instrumental album, Space Junk, recorded with The Fabulous Superlatives at Capitol Recording Studios in Hollywood.
