Haunted Austin

Haunted Austin is back in Downtown Austin from Friday, October 30, through Sunday, November 1, as part of Dine Savvy's free 'Quest.' It's a dressed-up night out that lets you build your own evening rather than following a set schedule. You pick your route through a few different stops, and each one gets a stamp on your phone along with a costume photo.

The night starts with dinner at one of six historic restaurants, with Clay Pit and the Driskill Grill among the options. From there, you choose between comedy on Sixth Street or a ghost walk. The final stop is a drink at one of six cocktail bars, and if you don't feel like heading home, there's an optional stay at the Driskill Hotel. Since you pick the restaurants, the entertainment, and the bar, no two nights have to look the same.

It's a free event, with sessions running at 6 PM and 7 PM across the three nights. If you're planning to go, keep in mind that the full program hasn't been officially confirmed for this edition yet, so it's worth checking back as the dates get closer.
