Weekly pub-style trivia night with seven rounds of questions, audio and visual rounds, and prizes for winning teams.
Geeks Who Drink holds its trivia night at The Far Out Lounge & Stage every Monday at 7:30 PM, and it's built in the image of pub quizzes in Ireland and the U.K. They describe it as an authentic homegrown trivia night where useless knowledge means everything, and the format doesn't lean on a single niche. The quiz runs seven rounds of eight questions each, and the topics range from Hungary to The Hunger Games, from science and sport to the Billboard Hot 100 and Better Call Saul. Audio and visual rounds are mixed in, so you'll be listening and looking as well as writing.
Teams can have up to six players, and there's no need for a reservationโyou just show up. Winning teams walk away with bar cash and other prizes, and bonus questions offer additional goodies on top. It's the kind of night where that one friend who remembers every obscure 90s one-hit wonder or knows a weird amount about European geography actually comes in handy.
