Garbo's Queen Lobster Pizza Reunion Tour

Via 313 is bringing back its lobster pizza for one night only on Wednesday, August 5, at the North Campus location. It's called the Garbo's Queen Lobster Pizza Reunion Tour, and the star is exactly what it sounds like: fresh Maine lobster on the restaurant's signature Detroit-style square crust. If you've been around the Austin pizza scene for a while, you probably know the drill — this is a limited-time favorite that only ever shows up at the North Campus spot, not across the whole chain.

Via 313 has a bit of a history here. It started as a food trailer that built a rabid following before growing into a full-service, sit-down restaurant. Along the way, it's picked up several Best of Austin Awards, including Readers Poll - Pizza in 2021 and 2018, and Readers Poll - Best Food Truck back in 2017. The lobster pizza has become something of a local tradition in its own right, appearing only on these rare pop-up nights rather than staying on the permanent menu.

This particular run is a one-night-only affair. Lobster pizza service starts at 3 PM and continues while supplies last, so if you're set on it, you'll want to get there on the earlier side. It's dine-in only, and it runs alongside the restaurant's Wine Down Wednesday specials, which makes it a good excuse to make a full evening of it.
