Extended set by the electronic dance music duo Deep Dish at The Concourse Project, a premier dance music venue in Austin.
Deep Dish are playing an extended set at The Concourse Project on Saturday, July 25. The duo is Will Konitzer and Alec Michael, and the extended format means they'll be behind the decks for a good stretch of the night rather than a standard slot.
The venue is The Concourse Project, a modern indoor/outdoor space over by the south terminal of the airport. It's a modular warehouse turned destination venue, and most of its shows happen inside the main event hall, which runs over 18,000 square feet. It's built for dance music—concerts, festivals, and special events—and it brands itself as the home of Seismic Dance Event and Realmusic events.
Deep Dish is the main feature here, and the extended set is the whole point of the night. Konitzer and Michael are the two names behind the project, and they'll be holding down the room from 9 PM until 2 AM. With five hours on the clock, they've got plenty of room to work through their records and build the night out without having to rush to a closing time. It's a long run, so you can settle in for the whole thing rather than just dropping in for a couple of hours.

Tickets run from $30 to $65, and it's a 21+ event. The music starts at 9 PM and goes until 2 AM, so if you're planning on staying for the full extended set, you've got a long night ahead of you.
