A 21+ college football tailgate and game-day party with a DJ pre-party, live Texas Rebels performance, and a jumbotron screening of the Texas vs UTSA game.
Hotel Vegas and The Volstead Lounge are hosting College Gameday on the Patio on Saturday, September 19, built around the Texas vs UTSA game. It's a 21+ college football tailgate and game-day party that runs from noon to 10 PM, with the game itself kicking off at 7 PM.
The day starts early with a DJ pre-party featuring uLOVEi and Vintage Jay on the decks. At 5 PM, the Texas Rebels take the stage for a live performance, and then at 7 PM the game goes up on the jumbotron with sound. The whole thing is presented by Hotel Vegas and Volstead, and the game screening is the center of the day.
They've got the tailgate side covered, too: free Frito pie, chili, and glizzys, plus shade, misting fans, and drink specials to keep things manageable while you wait for kickoff. It's a full day's run, so you can roll in early for the music and the food and stay through the final whistle.
