Major League Soccer match between Austin FC and Real Salt Lake at Q2 Stadium.
Austin FC take on Real Salt Lake at Q2 Stadium on Wednesday, October 28, for a mid-week match that puts the home side back on the pitch in front of the local crowd. It's a standard league fixture, Austin hosting Salt Lake in the heart of the city, and it falls on a Wednesday night, so it's one of those games that fits right into the middle of the week rather than taking up a weekend spot.
If you're planning to be there, the match kicks off at 7:30 PM and runs through 10:00 PM, giving you a full evening of soccer without keeping you out too late on a school or work night. It's a home game for Austin, so the energy should be right where you'd expect it, with the home supporters filling out the stands at Q2.
For those who haven't been to the stadium before, it's located at 10414 McKalla Pl, 78758. It's a dedicated soccer venue, so you're getting a match in a space built for it. If you're coming from across town, it's worth keeping that address in mind when you're figuring out your route and timing your arrival.
