Pop & Country Hits comes to Park Bench in the Battery on Tuesday, October 20, starting at 5 PM. It's a live music session built around pop and country hits, and it's one of the many nights the venue keeps the music going throughout the week.
If you haven't spent much time there, Park Bench in the Battery is one of Atlanta's late-night spots, open seven nights a week. It's got inside seating and four outdoor patios, so you can pick your spot depending on the weather. The music they book runs across a few different styles: live bands playing the best of the 80s, 90s, and current hits from country, alternative, and rock; interactive dueling piano shows; DJ nights; and karaoke. It's the kind of place that shifts gears depending on the night.
Beyond the music, it's also a spot for Braves fans. They show Atlanta Braves playoff games on a huge projection screen and TV monitors, opening three hours before the first pitch. There's bottle service with VIP tables available until 2 AM, and they've added new frozen cocktails to the menu. Just a heads-up before you head over: the venue is 21+.
