An immersive live murder mystery cocktail experience where masked actors and three crafted cocktails reveal a crime to be solved by guests.
Murder on the Rocks comes to The Carlyle Venue on Saturday, November 21, for a live murder mystery cocktail experience. Written by Katherine Notman, the show is set in a hidden speakeasy behind an unmarked door, and it's designed to blur the line between guest and suspect. Masked actors move through the room as the story unfolds, and you gather clues from conversations and interactions before casting a final vote to name the killer.
The plot is staged as a high-stakes corporate masquerade gala: a billionaire host is murdered in front of a room of startup founders. The suspects include an operations director, an heir, an influencer, a corporate fixer, and an old-money neighbor. Three crafted cocktails are served throughout the night, each tied to a moment in the plot, so every sip becomes part of the evidence trail.
