Alternative rock show by Letdown. (Blake Coddington) on The Happy Tour, with Luchiano and Sikarus, at Smith's Olde Bar.
Letdown. plays Smith's Olde Bar on Friday, October 23, as part of The Happy Tour. He's bringing along Luchiano and Sikarus to round out the bill, and the whole thing is presented by SOBATL. The show is in the Music Room at Smith's, over at 1578 Piedmont Ave NE.
If the name doesn't ring a bell, Letdown. is the stage name of Blake Coddington, a Texas-born, Nashville-based singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. His sound sits in that alternative rock pocket where emo, pop-punk and modern rock overlap. He started releasing music in 2020 and put out his debut EP, Crying In The Shower, in 2023—a catharsis-packed record that took on his personal demons. Since then, he's built a following by posting unguarded videos on TikTok and has put up over 200 million total streams. He describes his songwriting as a form of emotional music therapy, which gives you a good sense of where the songs are coming from.
