Holiday visit to meet Santa with professional family photos, holiday crafts, a cookie and juice, and an elf scavenger hunt across three sessions.
Cookies with Santa is coming to Zoo Atlanta on December 5 and 6, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. It's presented by Kaiser Permanente, and the whole thing is built around Santa taking his workshop on the road for his first stop of the holiday season. The main draw is getting to meet him in person, but the day is split into three different sessions, so you can pick the one that fits your plans.
There's 'Merry Members,' which is just for Zoo members. 'Sleigh Bells & Safari' pairs the visit with Santa with a walk around the whole zoo. And 'Snow & Glow' combines the Santa visit with IllumiNights at the Zoo: A Lantern Festival. No matter which session you go with, the core experience is the same: you get a professional family photo with Santa, a free download of that photo, a cookie and juice, holiday crafts, and an elf scavenger hunt. Each session has a limited number of guests, so it doesn't get too crowded.
