Free, juried two-day outdoor fine arts festival with 155+ local and Georgian artists, live demonstrations, food trucks and DJs at Chastain Park.
The Chastain Park Fall Arts Festival returns to Chastain Park on November 7 and 8, 2026. It's a juried, two-day outdoor fine arts festival in Buckhead, now in its 17th year. This edition brings together more than 155 artisans, with live demonstrations, food trucks, and live DJs running throughout the weekend.
There's a specific history behind it. The festival was started by the Atlanta Foundation for Public Spaces and a group of volunteer artists to give back to the community, showcase local and Georgian artists, and serve the northern part of Fulton County. One of the things that sets it apart is that artists have a voice in how the festival is created and run. The proceeds go toward a scholarship fund for local artists, which is administered by the Georgia Foundation for Public Spaces. Sunshine Artist Magazine has named it one of the nation's Top 100 Arts Festivals for several years, and it's come to be regarded as one of the premier fine arts festivals in the Southeast.
If you've been to the park's Spring Arts & Crafts Festival, this is a different animal. The Fall edition is a fine arts show, and it excludes the kind of craftwork that the Spring festival allows. The setting is a big part of the draw, too: Chastain Park is Fulton County's largest public park, and the November dates bring cooler temperatures, autumn foliage, and early holiday shopping. It's a good time of year to be outside in the city.
