A black light spray paint workshop where participants create glowing street art inspired by Atlanta's ATLiens theme, with a collaborative community mural and glow photo booth.
ATLiens is running a black light street art workshop at Studio W.I.P. from October 16 through December 26, 2026. You pick your own date and time from the calendar, so you can fit it in whenever works best for you. The whole thing is built around the ATLiens theme, which they describe as a collision of street art, hip-hop, and outer space.
Inside the session, you'll learn graffiti techniques under ultraviolet light and use them to make your own glowing piece. Once you've finished your own work, you add your tag to a collaborative community mural that stays up and glows under the black lights. The room is backed by a Dirty South soundtrack featuring OutKast, Future, and 21 Savage, and there's a glow photo booth on site to document the night. It's as much about the atmosphere as the painting.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in Atlanta and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.
