Stand-up comedy show by Ali Siddiq from The Custom Fit Tour at State Farm Arena.
Ali Siddiq brings The Custom Fit Tour to State Farm Arena on Friday, October 16, for a one-night-only arena show. It's part of a landmark tour taking in major venues across the country, and this is the one stop in Atlanta.
If you're not already familiar with him, Siddiq is a Houston native with a backstory that doesn't sound like a typical comedy career. He spent six years in prison for drug trafficking, and it was there he discovered that comedy could lift him and others out of their struggles. While inside, he worked as a janitor and used his broom as a microphone stand to entertain fellow inmates with funny prison stories and impersonations of sitcom characters. When he was released in 1997, another inmate encouraged him to turn that sense of humor into a career.
Since then, he's performed with D.L. Hughley, appeared on The D.L. Hughley Show and on the podcast Uncertain with D.L. Hughley, and built a reputation for deeply personal storytelling. He's also known for viral comedy specials like The Domino Effect, so if you've seen his clips online, this is your chance to catch him live. The set is built around that same storytelling style—personal, observational, and rooted in his own life.
