International conference on aerospace and mechanical engineering held in Atlanta.
AEROCONNECT2026, the International Connect on Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, comes to Atlanta on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. It's an international conference that brings together aerospace and mechanical engineering from across the globe, and it's happening right here in the city.
As the name suggests, the focus is on the intersection of those two fields. Aerospace and mechanical engineering share a lot of the same ground—materials, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural design—and this is where they meet. The conference brings together people from different countries to talk through current work and new developments in those areas. It's a full day of sessions, and since it's an international gathering, you'll find perspectives from outside the usual local circles.
If you're in the field, it's a good chance to hear what other researchers and engineers are working on and to connect with people who are tackling similar problems. If you're just interested in how things fly and how machines are built, it's a way to see where the current conversation is heading.
