SpeedQuizzing is back at Valhalla York on Monday 20 July, hosted by Zack Hooten. If you've never come across it, it's a smartphone pub quiz — you use your phone to answer rather than scribbling on a bit of paper, which keeps the whole thing moving a lot faster than your average quiz night.
There's a bit of local history to it, too. SpeedQuizzing was started back in 2004 by brothers Alan and John, and it's stayed a family business ever since. It's grown into the No.1 smartphone pub quiz, with over 2,000 quizzes delivered to players around the world every week, and it runs more than 30 quiz nights across York. They describe it as 'Made in York. Played Everywhere.'
