Free in-person session for real estate agents on what social media content converts, with guest speaker Carter Long, followed by a Q&A and pitch session.
Carter Long is coming to 5402 W Laurel St, suite 211 on Friday, October 23, for a session on what social media content actually converts for real estate agents. It's a data-driven conversation about where agents often go wrong with their posts and how to make that content more purposeful and engaging. Long brings a good amount of firsthand experience to the table, with around 30,000 followers on Instagram (@itscarterlong), and he'll be drawing on the data to share ideas you can actually use.
The talk is just the first half of the morning. After the presentation, there's a Q&A where you can ask questions, and then it moves into a pitch session. That's the part where attendees get to present their own listings and share what their buyers are looking for, so it's as much about networking with the other people in the room as it is about the talk itself.
American National Title is organizing the session, and it's sponsored by Nadine Maldonado of Booked and Busy, Paige Dupree from American National Title, and Jeffrey Pinheiro from Supreme Lending. They're providing coffee and light bites, so you can grab something to eat while you're there. Parking is on W Laurel Street, and the session is on the second floor, which you can get to by stairs or lift.

It runs from 10 AM to 12 PM, two hours total, and admission is free. If you're in real estate and spend a lot of time wondering why some posts land and others don't, this is a good place to get some answers and meet a few other people in the business.
