Monthly free walking gathering for women of all backgrounds to connect, make friends and share faith, presented by Fernanda Jaime.
Walking Con Jesús is coming to Armature Works on Saturday, October 24, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM. It's presented by Fernanda Jaime as a monthly gathering for women of all backgrounds, built around faith, friendship, and community. The whole thing is pitched as a space to step out of the routine, breathe, and walk together, with the idea that women don't walk alone.
It's an open morning for anyone 18 or older, and this first walk is an in-person experience. The organizers encourage attendees to wear pink. The gathering is tagged as a meetup, a bible study, and exercise, so it's a bit of all three: a walk, a study, and a chance to meet other women in the city. If you've been looking for a low-pressure way to connect with people around here, this is exactly that—a morning spent walking and talking rather than sitting in a pew or a classroom.
