Metalcore concert with Underoath, August Burns Red and Atreyu at The Yuengling Center in Tampa.
Underoath are playing The Yuengling Center on Friday, December 18, 2026, with August Burns Red and Atreyu on the bill. It's a homecoming of sorts: Underoath formed right here in Tampa in 1997 and are credited with pioneering a blend of metalcore and post-hardcore. Over the years they've put out It's Dangerous Business Walking Out Your Front Door, A Boy Brushed Red Living In Black And White, They're Only Chasing Safety, Define the Great Line and Erase Me, with songs like "Reinventing Your Exit," "Writing on the Walls" and "Erase Me" among their best-known. They've also picked up a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance and a Dove Award nomination for Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year.
August Burns Red and Atreyu join them for the night, so you'll get three bands on one bill. The Yuengling Center is a modern venue built for live performances, with around 10,000 seats, floor access and elevated seating. A couple of things to keep in mind before you head over: it's a cashless venue, so leave the cash at home, and they enforce a clear-bag policy, which means your bag has to be see-through to get in. The show starts at 6 PM, and tickets start at $41, with the average price around $110.
