Self-paced outdoor murder mystery adventure where you investigate a murder, interrogate suspects and solve puzzles across the city.
Tampa Murder Mystery kicks off at the Glazer Children's Museum on Sunday, November 1. It's an outdoor murder mystery adventure that turns you into the detective, and the whole thing takes place right in the streets of Tampa.
The case starts with Bella, a travel blogger who's found dead during a ghost tour. From there, the game unfolds across the city at your own pace—you investigate the crime, interrogate suspects, and work through puzzles to piece it all together. It's not a scheduled show with a start and end time; you play it when you want, and it usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes to solve.
It's recommended for ages 14 and up, though kids under 14 can play along with an adult. The experience is available in English, French, German, and Spanish, so you can play in whichever language you're most comfortable with. Each ticket unlocks the game on one smartphone, which you'll need with an internet connection to play. Since the activity stays outdoors, you're reminded not to enter private buildings or premises while you're on the case.
