Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Ottawa Senators

Tampa Bay Lightning take on the Ottawa Senators at Benchmark International Arena on Friday, November 27. It's a regular-season matchup that puts the Lightning at home against a team coming in from the North.

For anyone who follows the Lightning, this is one of those mid-season games that can swing a lot. By late November, the standings are starting to take shape, and every home game counts toward the playoff picture. The Senators are a young, fast team, so this should be a game played at a high tempo, with plenty of skating and a fair amount of physical play in the neutral zone. It's the kind of matchup that usually comes down to which side can tighten up their defense in the third period.

If you're planning to be there, keep in mind that the game is on a Friday night, so it'll be a busy one around the arena. You'll want to get there early to find parking and settle in before the puck drops. The Lightning are the main draw here, and the home crowd usually brings a lot of energy to the building, especially when the game stays close late into the night.

One thing to keep in mind: while this is on the schedule, the game hasn't been fully confirmed for this edition yet, so it's worth double-checking the official listings before you make your plans. If it goes ahead, it's the Lightning hosting the Senators at Benchmark International Arena on Friday, November 27.
