Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Dallas Stars

Tampa Bay Lightning take on the Dallas Stars at Benchmark International Arena on Friday, February 12, 2027. It's a regular-season matchup between two teams from different conferences, so it's one of those games that doesn't carry the same weight as a divisional rivalry but still brings the same speed and physicality you'd expect from a night of NHL hockey.

The Lightning are the home team here, playing in front of their own crowd in Tampa. The Stars are coming in from Texas, so this is a cross-conference clash rather than a battle with one of the teams they face every few weeks. On the ice, that means two different styles meeting in the same rink: the Lightning's home-ice advantage against a Dallas team that's traveling in for the night.

If you're planning to go, the puck drops at 7 PM. It's a Friday night, so you've got the whole weekend ahead of you. The game is at Benchmark International Arena, right here in Tampa, so you don't have to leave the city to catch it. If you're coming from across town, keep in mind it's a 7 PM start, which gives you plenty of time to get in and settled before the first period begins.
