Adults-only fashion show and crochet art exhibition by The Crochet Lady inspired by the Ethiopian Coronation of 1930.
Stitch The Runway returns to Red Door No. 5 on Sunday, November 8, with a second season titled We Still Dem People. Presented by The Crochet Lady, it's a cultural fashion exhibition that runs from 6 PM to 9 PM, with doors opening early at 12 PM.
This season is built around an enchanted garden setting that brings together runway fashion, handmade crochet art, music, art, food, and community. The evening's theme draws from the Ethiopian Coronation of 1930, when an Ethiopian King and Queen were crowned on November 2 of that year, and the show is presented as a cultural fashion exhibition in honor of it. The organizers frame the whole thing as more than a fashion show: an immersive celebration of creativity, courage, truth, humanity, and liberation.
Your ticket covers more than just entry. You'll get a reusable Stitch The Runway gift bag, a wellness shot, a signature mock-tail, and royal treats. The event is for ages 18 and up, and free parking is available on-site.
