Benefit concert with Low Season, the Vindicators, the Suwanee Ave Marching Band and more to support the Seminole Hospital.
Save Our Sound is a benefit concert at Corner Club on Saturday, November 7, with proceeds going to the Seminole Heights Elementary PTA. The goal is to raise funds for a new sound system for the school, so the night is built around a few local bands playing for a cause that's literally about sound.
Low Season headlines the bill, and they're bringing a full lineup with them. Joining them are the Vindicators, the Suwanee Ave Marching Band, She Rock Band, and Scott Miller, with more to come. It's a wide spread of acts on one stage, and since it's a benefit, the whole night is about getting as many people in the room as possible.
If you've been around the local scene, you've probably seen these names pop up separately. Seeing them all on the same bill is a bit different from a standard club night. The Suwanee Ave Marching Band brings a whole different energy than a standard rock set, and with Scott Miller and She Rock Band in the mix, the evening should move through a few different sounds rather than sticking to one lane.
