Roll and Win Adult R & B Skate

United Skates Tampa is hosting a Roll and Win Adult R&B Skate on Thursday, October 22, at 5121 N Armenia Ave. The night is presented by True Dreams Radio and runs from 9 PM until midnight, so it's a late one that carries over into Friday morning. It's an adults-only event—18 and over—and there's an online waiver you'll need to sign before you can get in, so take care of that before you head over.

The whole night is built around 2000s R&B, with a throwback soundtrack playing while you skate. Between the laps, there's a chance to win tickets to see Chris Brown and Usher, and a 2000s Celebrity Look-A-Like Contest for anyone who wants to dress the part. If you've still got your old jerseys or oversized gear from the era, this is the night to bring them out.

On the practical side, you don't need your own gear to join in. Entry is $15, which includes skate rentals, or $11 if you're bringing your own skates. It's a straightforward setup: you sign the waiver, grab your skates, and roll to a few hours of 2000s R&B. The rink is at 5121 N Armenia Ave in Tampa, and the session runs from 9 PM to 12 AM.
