Live Rock'n Country show by Crossfire Creek at the Tampa River Center, as a fundraiser for the Chapters Health Foundation.
Crossfire Creek headlines the Rock the Dock Rhinestone Rodeo on Saturday, October 24, at the Tampa River Center at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park. It's a live music fundraiser presented by the Chapters Health Foundation, and the band is the night's main feature.
Crossfire Creek describes itself as a rock'n country powerhouse redefining the Tampa/Clearwater music scene. The set is built around genre-bending originals and cover spins that they say draw fans to the dance floor, so it's a night that leans more toward dancing than sitting still.
There's a specific reason for the fundraiser. The Chapters Health Foundation says it keeps every dollar raised in the community: more than $7.4 million a year in charity care and unfunded programs for patients and families who couldn't otherwise afford hospice care. That includes grief camps for children, comfort and honor programs for military veterans and first responders, and compassionate end-of-life care. The money from the night goes toward those services.
