Gasparilla-style gathering honouring veterans, with pirate dress, a 50/50 drawing and raffle baskets, organised by the Krewe of Agustina de Aragon.
Pirates for Patriots Social is happening at 4701 Normandy Dr. in Tampa on Friday, November 13, starting at 6 PM. It's a Gasparilla-style gathering put on by the Krewe of Agustina de Aragon, and the whole night is built around honoring veterans.
If you've ever been to a Gasparilla event, you know the drill: the organizers are encouraging everyone to show up in their best pirate gear and bring their Krewe spirit. It's a costume night, so the more you lean into the pirate theme, the better you'll fit in. The evening features a 50/50 drawing and raffle baskets, and 10% of the sales from those go to the Krewe and to veterans.
On the program is Florida 4 Warriors. The night is hosted by the Krewe of Agustina de Aragon, and the focus stays on veterans throughout. Between the raffle baskets and the 50/50 drawing, there are a few ways to get involved beyond just showing up in costume.
