Adults-only paint party with a Caribbean vibe, unlimited drinks and food, and music from DJ T-ROCKK and DJ Shizm.
Paint and Fete Blackout takes over The Rose Court Ballroom on Saturday, November 14, from 5 PM to 11 PM. It's a Caribbean-themed paint party put on by SELEKTA Promotions, and the "Blackout" part is the dress code: they want everyone to show up in all-black outfits, though they specify not formal, so you can keep it casual. The whole night is built around a Caribbean vibe, with painting, drinking, and eating all happening in the same room.
On the music side, DJ T-ROCKK and DJ Shizmโwho you might recognize from 106.5 The Beatโare handling the sound. The playlist runs through hip-hop and R&B, dancehall, soca, reggae, and Afro-beats, so the music covers a lot of ground. If you're not in the mood to paint, you can still come for the music, the local vendors, and the unlimited food and drinks. The event is strictly 18 and over, and parking is free all night.
