Orion180 Insurance Tip-off Classic

The Orion180 Insurance Tip-off Classic comes to Benchmark International Arena on Monday, November 2, with two college basketball games on one bill. It's a double-header that pairs a state rivalry with a cross-conference matchup, so you get two full games for the price of one ticket.

The first game is Florida vs Miami. That's the one that'll likely draw the biggest crowd, with two of the state's biggest programs facing off early in the season. If you follow Florida college basketball, this is the game you're coming for. The second game is Florida State vs Florida A&M, which keeps the Florida theme going throughout the night. Between the two, you've got four different Florida-based programs on the court in a single evening, so the arena should be plenty loud.

Since it's a double-header, the night stretches across both games rather than just one. You'll see Florida and Miami take the floor first, and then Florida State and Florida A&M follow. If you're a fan of either program, you've got a reason to stay for the whole thing. If you just like college basketball, it's a good way to see four teams in action without having to drive to two different cities on the same day.

Tip-off is at 6 PM at Benchmark International Arena in Tampa. With two games back-to-back, you're looking at a full night of basketball starting on a Monday evening.
