Tampa Mayor Jane Castor reads 'Tampa Bay Baby', a new children's book by author Emily Sanders Stickle, at the Glazer Children's Museum.
Mayor Jane Castor is reading at the Glazer Children's Museum on Saturday, November 7, from 11 AM to 12 PM. The book is Tampa Bay Baby, a new release by author Emily Sanders Stickle.
It's a local book about our own backyard. Stickle describes it as a story of sunny skies and salty tides, exploring Tampa Bay through a little one's eyes. If you've spent any time around the water here, that's a familiar enough scene. The reading is part of the museum's November 2026 programming, so it's one of the things they've got lined up for the month.

If you're planning to go, the museum is at 110 W Gasparilla Plaza in downtown Tampa. It's a free event, so you can just show up with the kids and settle in for the hour. The reading runs from 11 AM to 12 PM on Saturday, November 7.
