Max Norton plays the New World Biergarten on Saturday, November 7, from 5 PM to 7 PM. It's a homecoming of sorts: Norton is a Tampa native, and this show is put on by New World Tampa.
Norton works as a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer, and he describes his songs as centering on hope, change, and having a good time. On his debut songs, he wrote, recorded, produced, and played every instrument himself, with the drums serving as the anchor. He cut his teeth in Nashville and London before moving to The Shoals, where he lives and works now. This is a solo bill, so the set is built around his own writing.
