Luis J. Gomez

Luis J. Gomez is coming to Side Splitters Comedy Club in Tampa on Thursday, December 31, 2027, with two showtimes: 7:15 PM and 10:15 PM. It's a New Year's Eve date, so if you're looking for a way to spend the night that doesn't involve a crowded house party, this is a solid option.

Gomez is a New York City comedian, writer, podcaster, and producer, and if you've spent any time in the comedy podcast world, you've probably run into him. He hosts Legion of Skanks, The Regz, and Story Warz, and he's a regular on The Joe Rogan Experience, Kill Tony, and The Tim Dillon Show. He's also a frequent guest on The Jim Gaffigan Show.

His TV credits go back a while, too. He was on NBC's Last Comic Standing, Comedy Central's Roast Battle, and TruTV's Comedy Knockout. He did two seasons of NBC Seeso's What's Your F@%king Deal?! and has a stand-up special, Luis J. Gomez Presents Luis J. Gomez. He was named a 'Breakout Performer' at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal and has performed at the Moontower Festival and on Bert Kreischer's Fully Loaded Tour.

Beyond the stage, he's built his own network. In 2016, he launched the GaS Digital Podcast Network with Ralph Sutton and co-created Skankfest, a comedy festival that's sold out seven years in a row. If you're already a fan of his podcasts, seeing him live is the natural next step. He'll be at Side Splitters Comedy Club on Thursday, December 31, with sets at 7:15 PM and 10:15 PM.
