A Halloween-themed laser light show with a 10-minute live star show guided by a MOSI astronomer, featuring vivid visuals and dynamic music.
Fright Light takes over the Holloway Digital Dome Theatre on Friday, October 30, a laser light show themed for Halloween. It's held at the Museum of Science & Innovation (MOSI) at 4801 E Fowler Avenue in Tampa. The show starts at 6:30 PM, and before the lasers kick in, there's a ten-minute live star show led by a MOSI astronomer.
The venue is the Holloway Digital Dome Theatre, home to the Saunders Planetarium, which is billed as America's second-largest planetarium. The show pairs vivid laser visuals and dynamic music with that live star show, so you get a bit of astronomy before the Halloween theme takes over. If you want to arrive early, Beakers Bar is on-site for pre-show drinks.
On the accessibility side, the venue is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking and automatic doors. Loaner wheelchairs are available on request and service animals are welcome. One thing to keep in mind: all laser shows contain flashing lights that may affect people susceptible to photosensitive epilepsy.
