Sing-along screening of the animated action-musical KPop Demon Hunters at the Historic Duncan Auditorium, with free LED bracelets for the first 200 guests.
KPop Demon Hunters is coming to the Historic Duncan Auditorium on Saturday, October 24, for a sing-along screening. The movie is the 2025 animated action-musical about K-pop superstars Rumi, Mira, and Zoey, who spend their time selling out stadiums and their off-hours using secret powers to protect their fans from supernatural threats. It's rated PG and runs an hour and 35 minutes.
The sing-along format is the whole point here: instead of just watching, the audience belts out the songs along with the film. It's billed as the hottest action-musical about young women destroying monsters since the episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer that inspired it, so if you've got a thing for K-pop, monsters, and singing in a theater, this is exactly that. The screening is part of the 'A Nightmare on Franklin Street' series presented by Bank of America.
There's a little something extra for getting there early: the first 200 guests receive a free LED bracelet and a small popcorn courtesy of the sponsor. If you're planning on being among them, keep in mind the doors open at 2:30 PM, and the screening runs from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The venue is the Historic Duncan Auditorium at the Tampa Theatre, 711 N Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602.

Tickets are $17.00 for general admission and $14.00 for Tampa Theatre members, with a $2.00 online service fee on top. It's free for kids 12 and younger, so it works as a family afternoon as much as a fan outing.
