Free community recital of young local music talent at Shuffle, with food and drinks available for purchase and shuffleboard afterward.
Jon Weidler Studios is bringing a student recital to Shuffle on Sunday, December 6, from 1 PM to 3 PM. It's a free community performance that puts some of Tampa's younger talent on display, and it takes place in Shuffle's yard rather than inside the main room.
If you're not familiar with the venue, Shuffle is Florida's first and only indoor shuffleboard bar and restaurant, located at 2612 N Tampa Street in Tampa Heights. It's a neighborhood local that hosts community league nights, corporate events, and team-building activities, so it's a spot that already leans into the social, group side of things. This recital fits right into thatβa free show open to the neighborhood, with the students performing out in the yard.
And the music isn't the only thing on the agenda. Once the recital wraps up, the afternoon turns into a social hour with food, drinks, and shuffleboard to follow. It's the kind of afternoon that works as well for families as it does for anyone who just wants to hang out and hear some local music. You can come for the performances and stay for the games, or just stop by for the music and head home afterward.

Since it's a free performance, there's no ticket to worry about. Food and drinks are available for purchase, so you can grab something to eat and drink while you watch. The recital runs from 1 PM to 3 PM on Sunday, December 6, at Shuffle in Tampa Heights.
