Alumni night with live jazz by Marlon Boone featuring Tru Adams, comedy by Ryan Robinson, cocktails and school pride at Chewy's Lounge.
Jazz & Jokes Tampa returns to Chewy's Lounge on Sunday, November 1, for an Alumni Night that mixes live jazz, comedy, cocktails and school pride. Presented by Bois Enterprises, SDot and Focus Ent, the night is aimed at alumni and professionals across the Tampa Bay area, who are invited to 'rep their school' by wearing college colors or alumni gear — Florida State, Florida, Miami, USF, Bethune-Cookman, Florida A&M, FIU or any other college — and settle in for the show.
On the music side, Marlon Boone leads the live jazz with Tru Adams on the bandstand, and Ryan Robinson hosts the evening. The series is one of the city's signature experiences, blending the sophistication of live jazz with the comedy and culture that have made it a regular draw. The alumni theme adds a social layer to the mix, with the crowd encouraged to show up in their school colors and lean into the college rivalry and camaraderie that usually comes with it.
