Stand-up one-man show by comedian KevOnStage about the death of his brother and why grief hurts, at the Tampa Theatre.
KevOnStage brings his one-man show Grief Sucks to the Tampa Theatre on Sunday, October 18, 2026. The show starts at 7:30 PM, and doors open an hour earlier at 6:30 PM.
If you're not familiar with the name, KevOnStage is the stage name of Kevin Fredericks. He's a comedian, actor, entrepreneur, podcast developer and host, content creator, author, influencer, and filmmaker whose work has racked up hundreds of millions of views across different platforms. Grief Sucks is a comedy monologue built around the death of his older brother, Jason, who passed away in 2022. Fredericks frames the show as his first attempt to explain why grief hurts, so it's a personal piece of writing that looks at loss through a comedic lens.
