Florida Gun Show Tampa

The Florida Gun Show returns to the Florida State Fairgrounds on Sunday, December 6, from 9 AM to 5 PM. It's set up as a one-stop shop for firearms and shooting enthusiasts, with new, used, and antique guns alongside a wide range of shooting accessories, knives, and self-defense products.

If you're into knives, there's plenty to look at here. Several knife dealers and custom makers set up, so you can find everything from everyday folders to pieces you'd rather keep in a case. On the self-defense side, there's a large selection of tasers, stun guns, and pepper sprays. The show runs under the motto 'BUY, SELL AND TRADE,' so it's as much about swapping and upgrading as it is about picking up something new.

If you bring a gun in, there are a few rules to keep in mind. It has to be unloaded, with all magazines and clips empty and removed, and no loose ammunition is allowed. A security officer checks each weapon and secures it with a plastic tie strap that has to stay on throughout the show, in accordance with Florida law.

Admission is $15, and all tickets must be purchased at the show; online purchase isn't available. Parking is $10 online or $12 onsite. Law enforcement officers in uniform get in free, and NRA members, Veterans, or Military get $1.00 off with ID.
