Boating industry conference and trade event for marine dealerships, with workshops, networking and exhibitors on sales, marketing, service and management.
Dealer Week 2026 is coming to the Tampa Convention Center from December 6 to 9, with the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) putting it on. It's the boating industry's only event focused on dealer success, and it's been bringing education to marine retailers for more than 50 years. This year's edition is called The New Fundamentals, and that title tells you exactly where it's headed: strengthening core business practices while the market keeps shifting around you.
The education runs across artificial intelligence, innovation, leadership, customer experience, and operational efficiency, with tracks covering sales, marketing, service, and management. The format mixes peer-to-peer workshops, exhibitor networking, and pre-conference hands-on sessions, so you leave with an actionable plan rather than just a notebook full of ideas. New for 2026 is the Industry Pathway, which connects dealers with expert solution providers. The conference also draws manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers, so it's as much about the people you meet as the sessions you attend.
On the speaking front, Bernie DeGraw handles leadership, Valerie Ziebron takes service and parts, and Bob McCann covers sales and marketing, with seven new speakers joining the lineup. The MRAA describes the whole thing as being built to help retailers shore up their core business practices amid ongoing market shifts.
